Been going here for a year. The problems started when he began to expand. Jamil is a good barber but lacks on the business side. After 3 different instances of him not showing up for appointments without a heads up I will no longer be going here. The last straw was today when he was again a no show and pawned me off on another barber since he double booked and I was already there. Made an appointment online as directed by their website. Showed up 5 min early. Door locked, person visible through glass. Knocked on door, no answer. Good business model...
