Super knowledgeable and helpful working through getting my Bike-packing set up just right . Even stayed late to get it set up before a weekend ! Will definitely be back !

Wonderful staff and super helpful. I had a trip interruption in Kelowna which required me to fly back home to Chicago. I called them up and they saved me a bike box with all of the packaging. They helped me disassemble some of the tricker bits of the bike too. They made a potentially stressful situation very easy to manage.
These folks know bicycles. I had the pleasure of having Michael service my bike. He took all the time that was needed to properly diagnose the problem I was having, and fixed the issue expediently. Not only is he a skilled bike technician, he is also friendly, and has a passion for riding. I recommend this shop for the discerning bike enthusiast.
