Absolutely the worse facility to go to. Save yourself time and money. Don’t go here. Very High turnover with staff and therapists. Had my son going there for both OT and PT and boom they lost both their therapists. Called us months and months later to get back in but wouldn’t accommodate or work with our schedule. Asked for a Supervisor and spoke to Dr. Pitts who ended hanging up the phone on me because I told her my son didn’t need an evaluation over again since he was already a patient there. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! My daughter was scheduled for an evaluation at this clinic. It took months to get a time setup that was supposed to be for an hour with my child but the Therapist showed up over 20mins late and I was still billed for the full hour. The lobby was filled with no space to sit down and the front staff had no answers to why the Therapist was not on time. THIS PLACE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!
