We needed a dress for a formal wedding. The women at the desk barely got off her phone to let us know they didn't have anything. Terrible customer service, didn't ask us any questions. The next lady came in and shuffled us off to another building since "we probably didn't want to spend over $98 dollars". We would have spent 10 times that for the right dress. I would not recommend this place for anyone. We got in the car and ordered a beautiful dress from LuLus.
Sooo many bad things to say about this place. Although they have a vast collection of formal dresses... the prices are ridiculous! Definitely do an image search because they cut off the brand name tags in order to double the retail price. I am not even kidding! I also took a wedding dress there to possibly consign.... it was one I bought too soon before I found my dream dress.... it has never been worn or altered still had the price tags attached. The service was absolutely amazing. Heard about the shop from a friend and traveled to check it out and was definitely not disappointed. The girls were amazing. They took their time with us to make sure my daughter was happy with her purchase. Not only was we able to purchase her dress, we also got her jewelry and shoes all in one stop. Will definitely be going back.
the owner is so so sooooo nice and so helpful we fell in love with the dresses but this one hag was so rude and annoying so we ignored her heheh
