Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My son explained clearly how he wanted his haircut, but the barber James did not follow the instructions. The result was quite different from what he asked for — especially in terms of length and style. It felt rushed, and there wasn’t much attention to detail or checking in with him during the cut. I understand that not every haircut will be perfect, but communication and listening are key in this profession. I and my son left feeling unhappy and will likely not return.
This is my go to spot! Edzel is the best! Highly recommend
