Had a psychology appointment in the infirmary Cardiff but got directed to the links centre the security here does not need to be so aggressive when asking questions your guarding a waiting room show members of the public some respect you little moron
I had a medicine review here some time ago. It was the first time at this place. I told the doctor that I've had some very bad experiences in the past (I have neurodevelopmental disabilities) and that it takes a lot of me to even mention that I'm not ok. He apologised about that (which obviously wasn't his fault) and said they would try and do better. The staff has never let my son down after 10 years he still has all the help and support he would never have been left not turning up for appointments and getting his medication as they would contact me .after the awful news this week regarding the mental health failures I need to say the link centre in cardiff has never let their patients down.
Brilliant CMHT. All the staff are kind, caring and actually listen. Seems like they genuinely care, which is sadly rare in mental health services. They've helped me a lot.
Kind, respectful & actually supportive. A breath of fresh air after Pentwyn. 10/10 would recommend.
