The HOA members don't even live in the community, yet they try to have your car towed from a dedicated owner spot if you don't have the right updated sticker. The property always has trash on the ground. It's "gated", but the gate often doesn't work and there is absolutely no security.
It is nice and safe. The townhomes are spacious, but the gate is a pain.
No guest parking.
Clean, quite and a great place to live. Community has improved a lot.
