Worst place I’ve lived at. Infested with bugs and mold, nothing gets fixed and management does nothing. But had the time to check expired tags tow people’s cars for a $300 fee.
Whatever you do do not rent from this apartment complex, they do not fix anything. My AC has been dripping and all they did was vacuum up the water off the carpet and didn’t even fix it and said that if they were to actually fix it, they would have to replace the whole AC which they won’t do. They also have not changed the drip pans in the stove since I have lived here for a year and a half, my drip pan on my stove has so much buildup that it calls an actual fire. Maybe it was different before. I am a current resident and I am thrilled with the staff and maintenance. You go online to the resident portal and report a problem, I swear sometimes it’s five minutes later, but it’s always very fast. They are there to fix it. Place is filled with amenities and everyone in the office is a gem. Reviews are not fair on this property. 4 stars only because they are lacking in curb appeal, lots of rotten outside trim. But for the price, this apartment is 5 stars.
Please for the love of God, AVOID THIS PLACE. Nothing gets fixed. I had an apartment for over a year and the sliding bathroom door was broken and never fixed. It is still broken. Consider your deposit gone. No matter how well cleaned or how well you take care of things, they're going to scam you out of the deposit. I promise you, if you read this review and say "oh he's just being dramatic", Rent from them and then tell me I'm being dramatic. Good Luck to all who read this and still rent from em.
