This place is ugly but nobody wants to go there
I had an issue with an employee coming at me aggressively and when I spoke to management about it they proceeded to tell me the employees personal life to try to excuse the behavior. I was then told how my child is the problem and never received an apology form the aggressive employee.
We been using The link after school program for several years now and we are so happy with the staff. They are so friendly and our kid love it. I want to thanks Alexis for being so caring about our little one. She is awesome!
I have been using the link for a few years now for afterschool care and both my boys love it. The instructors are amazing helping with homework, playing games both inside and outside and keeping the kids entertained. Huge shoutout to Alexis for gifting my kids a gift for Christmas out of her own pocket; she gave all the kids a gift. She is truly awesome.
