I found the counseling very helpful and professional. I changed to a new counselor after my first visit and it has been a very good fit.
Very grateful for this accessible therapy via sliding scale. We are working with Jeff for couples therapy and very happy with the connection, empathy and support in our sessions.
I’m sadly disappointed to read many of the reviews after the last 5/6 years particularly. I attended The Link many years ago as a 12-14 yo. My mother loved the outcome so much she ended up working there and when our family moved to Dallas Tx, she was heavily involved with a family counselling centre there. So I would have given 5 stars but based on reviews the last 5 years I had to reduce to 2. I can only say that makes me very sad. 😢
Honestly I never make reviews unless I’m extremely happy or extremely disappointed. This was not helpful at all. Then at the end, we were cut off with “so how do you want to pay today” when the therapist was late for our appointment. It was not helpful, disheartening and distasteful. In addition to this, the two ladies at the front were so loud with their gossip…no.
