Looks are deceiving!!!!!! We've lived here a little over 2yrs. It started as a good experience but it's all gone down hill since the new manager John Mark took over. They have had a lot of staff turnover. It's a complete nightmare now. Work orders take longer to complete if at all. We've had a issue with our dishwasher and they refused to fix it or replace it because according to them "it works".
