(Clean, Quiet & Safe) one year anniversary review. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After a year on the property I feel very fortunate to be living here, with the office and maintenance staff keeping the property clean, quiet and safe. The management company continuing to invest with security upgrades, gate access and amenities currently under construction. Thank you all for your support and hard work to make this a nice place to live. I am looking forward to another year.
I worked with Teresa and she was very nice, quick professional and kind. The property is so clean and you can tell the team cares. I would not lease at the other location near that are slummy. Teresa you are exceptional and it is very clear thank you!!! 39 North is the prettiest complex
We moved our daughter and niece to Denver to attend DU. The process for acquiring an apartment with the 39 North staff was flawless and pain free. Even from 1800 miles away. The apartment was ready on time and we moved in without any issues. Thank you 39 North!
While I do need to be transparent in my review, I do not want this to deter anyone from renting here! I have lived at 39 North for 3 months. This is my first time truly living on my own, and while I can't say it has been an easy transition for me, the staff here have been nothing but wonderful to me and my dog Finley.
