This place was great when I first moved in in 2023, but it has gone downhill ever since. The building itself is beautiful, but it doesn't compensate for poor management and rude concierge staff. Recently, I contacted management about water damage in our unit that occurred through no fault of our own. A service request was submitted, but the service was marked as completed despite nothing being done to address the damage or prevent potential mold growth.
