Update (9/15): the PM contacted me to apologize and address the water damage issue. Although the building itself is beautiful, it doesn't compensate for poor management and rude concierge staff. Recently, I contacted management about water damage in our unit that occurred through no fault of our own. A service request was submitted, but the service was marked as completed despite nothing being done to address the damage or prevent potential mold growth. Moving into The Lindley has easily been the highlight of my year. Outside of the community being absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, the staff is consistently amazing! The community manager Valeria made my application process seamless, and the leasing agents kept me up to date during every process of touring , documentation and all the way up to approval! Living here has been nothing but frustrating. 1. Zero accountability with security: Someone hit my car in the garage, and management’s excuse was that they “don’t know how to download the video footage.” That’s completely unacceptable when tenants are paying for secure parking. 2. Unfair enforcement of rules: A car sat in guest parking for over TWO MONTHS without any action from management.
