Dr Taylor Smith is easy to talk to as a GP and open to my input in the direction that treatment takes while being respectful in the way he suggests alternatives if there is an option more suitable. Dr Smith is very ready to explain and provide reasoning as to why an alternative should be considered and this instills confidence.

I am wanting to acknowledge Dr Taylor Smith who has always been very respectful in his management and open to my input in the direction that treatment takes while being respectful in the way he suggests alternatives if there is an option more suitable. Dr Smith is very ready to explain and provide reasoning as to why a certain alternative should be considered and instills confidence from the perspective of a patient.

Where do I even start. Our repeated problems over the last 14 months are all with Dr Taylor Smith, Dr Amanda Felmingham and Dr Hailey Woolveridge. I saw Dr W at the beginning when she was new and before she co owned this business, she treated me for issues Dr Taylor refused to treat me for. Dr T refused to write the referral for a BLOOD TEST. Absolutely unacceptable experience at Lindisfarne Clinic. Due to Hobart’s terrible traffic caused by an accident, I was only 10–15 minutes late and even sent my brother-in-law ahead to inform them. I arrived at 11:15, but instead of showing any understanding, they cancelled my appointment, told me to rebook, and even charged me a “non-attendance” fee.
