I’ve been a regular customer here for the last 6 months. Every appointment has been 15–30 minutes behind schedule, meaning I’ve regularly had to sit and wait past my appointment time. I understand that’s the nature of the business. Today, for the first time, I was running late myself due to traffic. I messaged ahead to let them know and arrived 15 minutes late. This Justin has the worst attitude ever. I was greeted with an abrupt "Do you have appointment?" (Which I had) We had a brief exchange I didn't get to judge the way Justin cuts hair but I'll take a 5/10 haircut for a respectful exchange over a 10/10 haircut with uncouth entitled snob. Terrible parking options!
Loved my experience at the Lincoln room. Booked with Justin who has a very experienced hairdressing and barbering background. My boys were able to play pool while they waited, and Justin offered me a cold beer. Great atmosphere, laid back, great convo, and a really good scissor cut. Will be back for sure… thanks again Justin.
