Did not have a pleasant experience. It took two guys 4 hours to move a 2 bedroom unit out of storage. I wouldn't even be upset about the 4 hour time, except they didn't put any of the furniture together. Just left the pieces in certain places. When I called the office, I was told that is a service I have to ASK for...? I cannot comprehend why someone would pay for a moving service and then not have them assemble furniture that the same moving company disassembled. *** ****** as I have explained to you twice previously: We do not, and have not ever, re-assembled furniture at destination without the customer directly instructing us to do so. As our charges are hourly, you are already complaining about how long it took. If you would have directed us to re-assemble items (which you did not), the charge would have been more, as it would have taken longer.
