We've been living heer for almost 5 months now and we are absolutely thrilled with the building, amenities, staff and location. It's located at a walking distance from nearby parks and trails and minute-rides to malls, eateries, etc. Even though there's construction around the neighbourhood, the place is pretty tranquil and calm. Great for young couples like us or families. 100% recommend!
After 2.5 years renting with CAPREIT, our move-out experience and overall service have been extremely disappointing. 1. No compassion during move-out: Despite our difficult situation (three children, a cat, and my husband with both arms broken), CAPREIT refused to allow us to stay one extra night until October 1 and insisted on a strict noon move-out on September 30. 2. This is a wonderful place to live. The facilities are excellent and always well-maintained, creating a very clean and pleasant environment. The management team is incredibly friendly and reliable, handling every request with efficiency and care :)
Absolutely love living at The Lincoln! It's a wonderful community with great amenities and a fantastic location. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.
