It’s been one month since we moved to LINC, and so far the experience has been great. The management team ensured a smooth move-in process, and both Cori and Ciara were very professional and kind throughout. We’re really enjoying our time here so far.
The Linc Brookhaven has a location that I like because I currently live in the area. For my wife and I parking was a concern because it is very limited and mentioned in several reviews. The main issue now is after applying, if you decide to not move forward or are denied, it has become questionable whether you’ll receive your administrative fee refund. I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT SCREAMS LUXURY. WHEN I CAME TO TOUR WE WERE SEATED AND PROVIDED REFRESHMENTS . WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF BY MS CORI DYSON WHO WAS EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL,KIND AND JUST A GENUINE HELP WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS . THIS COMMUNITY WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN LIKE REALLY CLEAN. THE POOL AREA IS BEAUTIFUL. AND THE PEOLE WE DID SEE SEEMED VERY HAPPY TO LIVE THERE.
