I recently moved into a unit at the Linc apartments and I just wanted to make a post with praises for Anabel. I don't even know what she gets paid but I am most certain it is not enough because this hard worker is such a shining star. She has been incredibly helpful and kind and and anytime she hasn't had an answer for me she finds it out so quickly. Mice problem and never got real solved, leasing just putting the responsibility to the city and saying “it’s the downtown of the city”,DONT MOVE HERE
I lived here from 2023 to 2024. This place used to be so great, and I had countless memories here with the friends I made in this building. The gym was wonderful with adjustable ac, and my friend taught me yoga in the dance room. Not to mention the fridge in the lounge was always filled with bottles of water that you could take for free. This is the 11th floor, and I am paying $1805. The management has changed thrice in like 7 months, and my house is infested with mice. Despite telling them a million times about my health problems related to mice, they are not doing anything about it. Maintenance guy came, looked as much as I did, and nothing afterwards. Gave me sticky traps to place myself. They claim that pest control comes every Wednesday, but honestly, it’s useless even if they do come.
