My friend booked a Hummer limo around 1-2 weeks ago at this place for prom. Today, they told my friend that the limo broke down and would be unavailable for prom and said our other option was a escalade limo, which is around $900 in comparison to the original $380. OUR PROM IS IN 8 DAYS. This is way too last minute and now it’ll be too difficult to find a comparatively cheap limo in a short amount of time. One of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. They sent out drivers that are not properly licensed. And that driver showed up late to boot. The customer service stinks. We got held up, in the pouring rain, for almost an hour because the driver didn't have the proper license, and they were only willing to refund $100. Never use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. “YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ‘THINGS’ TO HAPPEN” A friend booked a party bus from this company that was supposed to fit 35 people and it could barely fit 20. We were all crammed and the seats were broken down, the radio wouldn’t even work. The party bus BROKE DOWN FOR OVER AN HOUR on their wedding day!!! I was appalled by the service provided to us on my friends wedding day. Our party bus broke down and delayed us for almost an hour and a half before sending a Mechanic/ replacement bus. When management was approached of this mishap the following day, they denied responsibility and told my buddy “ you should’ve prepared for the worst”.
