Limo did not show up on time for our wedding. We waited an extra twenty minutes and then had to find cars for our entire bridal party. We had used this company b4 and had a great new car and experienced driver, Elizabeth, for our service. Afterwards, I had contracted the company and booked service for two more events and requested Elizabeth as our driver. The Limo group advised she would be available and would have her assigned for our events. Car arrived earlier than scheduled. I was expecting a clean, black Lincoln car as advertised, instead we got a slightly dirty SUV that reeked of cigarettes. Driver was very impatient as we were waiting for my fiance to finish up her nail appointment (about 15 min wait). This car/driver was the only negative thing on the day of our engagement.
Jimmy and his team are excellent. Always prompt and professional.
I booked a stretch limo and paid in full. They cancelled the booking the day before my event . They didn't have the decency to call, I received the cancelled booking via text with no explanation.
