I've been to a few strength classes here with different instructors, and honestly, this place is more about vibes than actual training. It's basically a social hour for people who are already genetically thin and wealthy to show off, not a space for learning proper form or building strength. The instructors? Pilates girls cosplaying as strength coaches. Their form is so bad I'm shocked they haven't injured themselves yet-so of course, they're not correcting anyone else's either. Highly recommend The Limit! I was a bit intimidated for my first class (dance cardio, over a year ago) since I’m not particularly coordinated or athletic! But all the trainers do such a great job breaking the choreography down and giving an energetic, fun and challenging workout. They really care about the health, strength and progress of the beautiful community that they have created. I always leave happier and stronger than when I came in.
