Disappointed is an understatement. It seems nearly impossible to actually see or speak with a GP in person. 18th December - Submitted an online consultation form expressing my concerns. I wasn't seen/spoken to by a GP but I was referred for bloods. 3rd January - Bloods came back normal, but still had no follow up or contact from my GP to discuss my symptoms further. 5th February - Submitted another online consulation form, detailing further symptoms. So grateful to all staff at The Limes for a positive and caring experience. The Drs , nurses, HCA , managers receptionists deserve thanks for all they do.. too many to name. A very good practice

I contacted the surgery about some abnormal and missing test results. Catherine Jennings, the Practice Manager, understood the problem immediately and was able to arrange for me to speak to a doctor very quickly. I was most impressed, not only by the speed and efficiency with which she sorted everything out, but also by her ability to combine this with a very thoughtful and caring response.
