I always have good experience. With doctors and the reception team. Whenever i call them for an appointment they always help me. I did make an enquiry about my physiotherapy appointment and the lady guided me very well today. Thank you for that.
I called so many times for my emergency appointment. Reception receive call and hang on.it's very horrible things, because one patient very nuch need thier care.but they Didn't bother
The doctors don’t care about you and make you wait ages and only let you discuss one issue
Dr dadeech does not care about his patients. He misses out key information on purpose because he knows based on them particular symptoms he has to refer you and doesn't refer you on further on purpose. He is really rude and try’s to quickly chuck you out the room when you come to see him. Serious health symptoms he ignores and the symptoms get worse and he says he can’t do anything when we can refer you further to specialist. Dr dadeech is old he dosent have a clue about modern medicine. He dosent care nore do the rude receptionist. Dr dadeech dosent let you finish your sentence and quickly tries to kick you out the door. Unprofessional. NHS core values must have come into place way past his time. From the receptionist to the staff this place is a shambles. DR waheed is extremely rude aswell. Either he forgets about putting through referals or genuinely ignores or lies. No care in this place.
