Been with this surgery for years & my experience has always been up & down to say the least. But this time the situation has annoyed me because I had to book an appointment three to four weeks later because they didn’t have any available sooner as per usual. Communicating with this practice is always difficult . But this morning I have just spent 25 mins waiting on the phone . I was 5th in the queue at the start and 5th in the queue after 25mins . I think we can safely say the phone is not being answered.! It was an important call for glaucoma drops that had been left off a previous request for a prescription . My mother is very worried as she is now out of drops and her eyes are very sore. I hold my hands up in desperation!
Use to be under this GP practice its hard to get appointments
Just joined today.Amazing service and full of professionalism.
Suffering with my arm and just got told can see physio next Wednesday no help
