Signed sight unseen, flat was far better than anticipated. Management is friendly, responsive and professional. Location is close to many trendy locations in the city and is easy to commute from. Update: building plumbing gets backed up easy, units share common drains that can be backed up if a higher unit dumps bacon grease down the sink. Management was responsive to the situation, however the situation is also avoidable.
Lived here for 1.5 years. Great location, great price. The manager was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Maintenance was prompt and also friendly. Apartments were nice, with hardwood floors and high ceilings. The elevator was reliable and not always down like some other places, there was a handy call box at the front door, and a package locker to ensure no one would steal your boxes. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet building in downtown, this is your place. We absolutely love staying here! The building is secured entry, the units are clean and modern, the neighbors are so friendly, and you undoubtedly will meet so many lovely pets too as it's pet-friendly.
