My daughter and I went here over the weekend for a day out together. We were immediately greeted with “what do YOU want?” To which I replied “are you open?” Because the tone led me to believe they were not happy we were there. My daughter (10) and I were immediately separated between the two sections so we couldn’t chat with each other nor could I see her- which is a safety issue. My tech was rushed and didn’t speak to me. I went to get my nails done waited 15 minutes, my mom waited over an hour, then I got picked but the person I went to cut them down different lengths and filed them wrong but then had to go to another station for a design, it was a full set it was rushed and not done well I don't recommend this place, I suggest going somewhere else
