Extremely poor service
Poor communication, overcharge and unable to explain charges and fees for forklift repairs, inexperienced technicians misdiagnose forklift issues. Overall, not a pleasant experience and does not recommend their services.
My package got delivered here by accident. It was signed for by someone with the last name Robertson. I called the company phone, the guy Robertson answered the phone, I explained to him what happened and he quickly hung up in my face. Y'all literally have a conniving thief employed there. He needs to be fired!
