This P$ychology Practice is more interested in making money and filling their appointment sheet then actually helping anyone. Requested a diagnosis from first appointment onwards, nearly 20 appointments later no diagnosis or assessment as I was told I didn't need one - "at my age (adult) I am simply curious as to what I may have". So $3500 spent when unemployed and revealing my life story for absolutely no result. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Lighthouse Psychology. From the very beginning it felt like the focus was more on money than on genuinely helping clients. The fees are incredibly high, yet the support provided was minimal and did not feel worth the cost at all. The psychologists I interacted with did not offer any meaningful guidance, and most sessions felt like a waste of time. Ok so… this place in Moorebank,,, the first point of contact, Natalie!: “ what’s your name, your address, your telephone number, and tell us exactly the reason that you’re contacting us“. Me: “ this stuff is a bit sensitive right now. Do I really need to disclose all this?“ Natalie: “ if you don’t give me this information, we’re not gonna see you, we’re not booking you in here!
