would not recommend. i’m very happy that people on here had a good experience and i’m so proud of those of you that overcame your struggles via impact but i had 3 therapists here. the first one was a mix between really good and really bad i get the feeling she cared more about my behavior. the second was just unprofessional as could be. the third one was so awful (to me at least) that to this day 3 years later she’s still part of the reason i wanna work in healthcare or psychiatry and she made me feel worse instead of better... read more

Impact was able to get all of my family members appointments with almost no wait time. They are excellent at dealing with insurance for the clients. Additionally, all staff are super helpful with scheduling needs. One therapist worth highlighting is Christina. She is an endless source of encouragement, resources, and logical approach to helping clients reach their goals. Her range of expertise is expansive. Hii! I would like to share my journey throughout high school battling anxiety and how my amazing therapist, Raph helped me a lot the past 2-3 years. I met Raph 10th grade when he started doing my therapy session. All the prior therapist did not help like Raph did.
