loved it, lovely location, short walk to clean safe beach
Bins were full and stinking of fish when we arrived and not picked up for 4 days of our stay, BBQs were filthy, washing machine filter was overflowing, cigarette butts left in a full ashtray, TVs reception was non existent and its 2024 and no wifi?
This was the most beautiful winter beachfront stay. House was big enough for two families easily and it’s right on the beachfront. I can only imagine how amazing it would be in summer and warmer months, however we were toast warm with instant ducted heating. Short walk to the local pub and the excellent Port Hughes General Store for coffee and breakfast rolls.
Our recent stay at the Lighthouse was nothing short of amazing! The house is BIG and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The best part is definitely those gorgeous views and even though it was winter, watching the storm roll in was perfect! We can't wait to return!
