I love my manager Rochelle and how she addresses things and the community needs and stays on of everything especially the gate issues that we previously had. While other managers don't stay long, this is longest manger that we have had that is actually doing things right! I've been here for about 10 years and she is the best we have had. When I moved in the house was so dirty I put a lot of work order but no one of them was done, maintenance is very poor but when you move out they don't return your deposit this is insane. Maintenance doesn't do his job so that when you move out they count everything for you.
One of my kitchen cabinet shelves needed new support pegs, so I put in a maintenance request and Mr. Anthony came to fix. My little Shorkie ran out the door and Mr. Anthony went after her and brought her back with no problems. It just took a few minutes to fix the shelving, but I had another issue that needed attention.
