When I moved in, the unit was dirty and had mold throughout. There is a strong mildew odor, and one of the bathrooms makes my eyes water because of the smell. All of the sinks and bathtub drains also smell like sewer. When I reported these issues, the manager, Kary, said I was “looking too hard” and should not be lifting items. The building also has many smokers.

I would like to report several ongoing issues with the Lessing office. The office is often closed during posted business hours, and when it is open, the manager is frequently unavailable due to personal phone calls. Additionally, some staff members have been consistently unprofessional and rude during interactions, including the front-desk representative and the maintenance staff. These issues have made it difficult to receive necessary assistance, and I kindly request that they be addressed as soon as possible.

I want say a shoutout to our maintenance guy Anthony, he came and replace my light bulbs in the kitchen and he went an extra mile to replace the light bulbs in my bathroom that was not working. He done his job very professionally and politely. Good to have him here on our property.

I love my manager Rochelle and how she addresses things and the community needs and stays on of everything especially the gate issues that we previously had. While other managers don't stay long, this is longest manger that we have had that is actually doing things right! I've been here for about 10 years and she is the best we have had.
