Kristina is wonderful! ❤️ I experienced my first reiki session with her and am already planning for more. She made me feel comfortable during a new experience and lighter than I did before going in. I look forward to working with her more in the future, as well as recommending to my family and friends!!

This space is so warm and welcoming. I am far from being a morning person but it has been the best way to start my day. Kristina is so wonderful at individualizing the needs of everyone in the session based on their experience level. The restorative yoga in the evening sessions are nothing short of magical, dissolving all of your stress from the day, I left more relaxed than I do after an hour long massage.

Beautiful space and wonderful energy! This is a little gem located in Osceola, Iowa literally “off the beaten path” behind the town square. Kristina is in the beginning stages of offering a really amazing space to come and take a load off and enjoy “me” time. Once I entered the space and walked into the yoga studio, which she has transformed into a little oasis. Wonderful space. Great location. Kristina is talented and welcoming. She touches on all of your senses during class. She has mats, blocks and bands to use. I'm excited about the different classes she is offering. She encourages beginners and experts. If you ever thought about a yoga class...I highly suggest this space.
