Loved our stay at The Lighthouse! We had a Penthouse Suite, which was very roomy, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms, but the highlight was the huge private deck overlooking Kachemak Bay. Incredible views and location, being just minutes from the Spit. One thing we didn’t realize was the laundry equipment isn’t available for guests use until after 6pm. Stayed at The Lighthouse Aug 13-17th. Was on the second floor and the views were amazing with the large deck. The hot tub was a plus! The place was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were awesome, any questions they were always very responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!
Amazing!!! All the way around. Property, Accommodations, View!!! Great location right on Kachemek Bay , close to all activities in town. Go for penthouse A, you won't be disappointed
This was hands down the best place that we stayed on our whole trip to Alaska, and it's called The Lighthouse in Homer, Alaska. I booked it on booking.com and the owners live on site, and are so kind and genuine. The attention to detail was present throughout the entire property with little blue and clear glass marbles in the walkway that look like beach glass, the outside space as you can see is well taken care of and there's so many places to relax.
