Canceled my appointment last minute with no phone call or explanation. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
I had an amazing experience at The Lightbox Barbershop! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, but Frank suggested a style, and I decided to go with it, best decision ever! For the first time in a long time, I actually love how my haircut turned out. Frank clearly knows his craft and pays attention to the details. He made the whole experience comfortable and easy. I highly recommend him and will definitely be coming back!
