Totally horrible experience. Refuses to answer my care managers calls or voicemails and left me off the schedule. LTC is totally disorganized and makes a difficult situation 10x worse. Please look elsewhere for your caregiving needs. Employees never get paid onetime and never have a consistent or working schedule.

I highly suggest you get care elsewhere. Christian is rude, gaslighting and condescending to his clients. He doesn’t value them. If you need care at a certain time of day or have certain special needs, he acts like you are just asking for the world and shames you because if it. Totally awful and negative experience working with him.
