This salon provided the worst hair color service I've ever experienced. Despite wanting a convenient local option to avoid traveling to New York and being assured of a skilled stylist after stating that budget wasn't a concern, the results were disastrous. I specifically requested a honey/caramel balayage with a root touch-up, showing the stylist clear inspiration photos.
