When I came to High Focus I was in the highest anxiety state of my life, during my time here I have met some incredible people in group, fantastic holistic providers and had great insight from therapists especially Mark and Sydney. Sydney is my assigned therapist and has had a hand in forever making my life better. She works endlessly to make sure I am heard, comfortable and advocated for constantly. Forever grateful that I found this place and gave it a chance with an open mind and heart.
The team of therapists and supervisors are awesome! Very supportive and deeply committed to their clients. I highly recommend!
Made me pay out of pocket for an "assessment" that didn't assess for anything except which of their services would be most appropriate for me, and then they didn't follow up with information about said services or future counseling appointments.
The Anxiety and OCD IOP really helped. Rachel is excellent.
