Every meeting was a positive experience. Andrew was great! He listened and always gave good advice.

My daughter did the IOP program, we were there for about 5 weeks and requested to be discharged. She did not find the group helpful, there was no improvement over her 5 weeks there, she continued to spiral and hurt herself. Every week there were new kids introduced to the group, so they lived in the introductory/ discovery phase as they called it. Highly highly recommend Andrew Jara's IOP group for anyone struggling with mental health issues or substance abuse. The program had a profound impact on me and I am extremely grateful for all the help High Focus provided.
