My experience has always been great. I’m always overly satisfied with any style of braids that Keke or her staff bless me with… She and her staff are very skilled, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and can braid so fast!
My son had been begging me to get his hair braided for the past year. Today was the day I finally took him. I had stopped by their shop randomly a month prior to inquire about their services. I called them and they were very accommodating with my schedule. I was able to book an appointment the same week. I couldn't be happier with our experience. It's been awhile since I went here and I've been reluctant to share my experience but they were very rough with my real hair and unapologetic about it and rude because I WAS trying to make sure of what I wanted. In dealing with customers, courtesy and patience is expected, I hope they learn that. I'll never go back
She was very quick and efficient, got my hair done within an hour and she was a nice lady !!
