This lady is so rude and horrible customer service. I've ordered lashes twice from her and the first time I had to reach out MULTIPLE times in order to get a tracking number and remind her to ship the 2nd time she held my money for days then when I reached out trying to inquire about tracking she blocked me, ignored my text and then decided to refund money a week later. she tells me the number listed for her business is a personal line. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good luck getting tracking number on products

Shaela provided a great wax experience for me. She also offers a huge list of other services. Her eyebrows are always beautiful so that will definitely be what I try next with her :)
I had the full body experience facial and when I tell you it was so nice and relaxing, the shop is adorable and the setting is so peaceful too!! Highly recommend Shaela and look forward to another pampering day for myself with her!!!
