Four stars only because the 8k 4-post lift I bought had the ladder guide bolts back out over time. This was after three years of semi frequent use, but was a VERY dangerous situation. Reached out to Rick when it happened and was told it had never happened before and it would be 1000-1500 for someone to come out and reinstall the guide. Pulled it all apart myself and found that another had theee of the four bolts all the way backed out and only held loosely by one. All of the rest were finger tight. careful buying from Rick or Larry, I bought Lift there, one cylinder went bad before the year warranty, I called talked to Rick, he told me I will call you when I have a technician over your area, never received a callback, now they want me to pay for the cylinder replacement, Rick if you read message don't hesitate to call me.

They don't list prices online like their competitors. The salesman I talked to was very cryptic about pricing, and the prices he did divulge where much higher than elsewhere. A lift is a pretty big purchase, be sure to shop around.
