Took my F-450 to The Lift Shop McKinney and honestly couldn't be more impressed. The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish — these guys went above and beyond to make sure my truck left better than it came in. I'm talking better than off the lot. They clearly take pride in their work and it shows. I don't leave reviews often, but when a shop earns it, they earn it. You've got a customer for life. Highly recommend to anyone in the DFW area looking for a shop that actually cares.
This place rocks!! Caleb and his staff did what they said and vehicle was completed on time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to trick out their vehicle.
I was in the Market for a lifted Truck and was reached out to by AJ Rodrigues. Amazing customer service, followed up with any of my needs, and was available to not only answer my questions but guide me on the process and the vision I had for the vehicle I wanted. Fantastic experience.
Ryan was great. I needed a part installed, and he responded to my inquiry quickly. When I got there, the communication was great; he was all ears for the concerns that I had with my truck. I will definitely be going back for maintenance.
