Exceptional knowledge on training, lifting formations and functionality. Their nutritional team is ideal for an elite athlete but accessible to the working class. Phenomenal support throughout. Do not be fooled by the size of the facility, this place becomes like home if you let it
I’ve tried many different gyms, classes, online workouts and Lift Dept Bexley is by far my favourite one. Theres so many good things about this gym; the trainers are amazing - Jorge is a legend; friendly, knowledgable & hilarious and Emily is the best; supportive, encouraging & kind.
