This place is a great place to get some real life change as long as you have the right attitude and you really desire recovery.
There's no way this isn't the best clinic in the country. Moving often and having been to many clinics I'm blown away at how amazing the Reno staff is. From the clinic director to the front desk staff, they're all just the coolest humans. The counselors have the patience of saints. Can't say enough nice things about them. Blessed to be here. Changed from the Carson Clinic. They are under staffed so counselors are hard to come by. But they don't let you fall through the cracks. They hooked me up with outside counseling when I requested. They also keep up on your steps which is really important as it allows you more freedom, and validating the idea that you can recover if you put the work in. Wow it's been a year and I'm starting the tapering off. My experience with this clinic has been nothing but positive. Everyone working there has gone over and beyond to be supportive of my successes. They are never judgemental and that helps me personally with the stigma of being an addict. Last winter when the person I was riding with got us stuck in the snow and ice going out of the driveway, people who work there came out to help push the car and get us unstuck.
