I was trying to rent from this complex and signed a lease and everything paid 550 and ultimately they decided that the lease wasn’t valid, promised a 550 refund within 30 days, then decided to tell me I need a lawyer. Scam management. Do not rent from them. They refuse to talk to me yet also HR and corporate also refuse to reach out. The number they give in response to the reviews to call them is the same number I’ve been going through the fire with since July of 2024. This new management of this property isn't worth a damn. As an army soldier, I moved here March 2023 and never had problems with the former management. The premanagers knew I was military and knew I traveled a little for training. Being stationed somewhere else, I turned over the keys on Sep 30 and left my place spotless when I left. Then, even though I hadn't been there, this management sent me a statement of charge for me to pay another month's rent for October. I recently had a life changing event an was looking for a place to stay with very short notice and Nikki Webb I believe was her name, was extremely thorough and very helpful and most of all very patient and understanding due to my circumstances at that moment in my life. Would highly recommend using her an God forbid if I'm ever in that situation again. She's going to be my first call when it comes to finding an apartment 😃
