I have had nothing but good experiences with the office. I see that they are actively working to make improvements to the complex, I also understand that it takes time. I am in the process of transferring my lease to a renovated apartment and it is going great. I am given options to choose from and any concerns I have are taken seriously by the office staff, they have been super courteous and willing to help whenever I call.
The best apartments in Pasadena without a doubt, the 5 Star service for office and maintenance staff, the green areas are taken care of
Do not move here. Ever since Greenline Management took over the complex, office personnel are the worst. Our lease is up for renewal the end of this month, and we have been reaching out for the past TWO months trying to get information on renewing or transferring to a renovated unit. Natalie is rude and unprofessional, and there is no communication. We have been residents for going on 3 years, and we are regretting not putting our 60-day notice in to move.
