Billie is amazing and does great work ! They are so understanding & helpful !
My daughter had lice and we used Rid several times before deciding to get them professionally removed and I’m so glad we did! Billie was amazing! She was very thorough and even agreed to check my hair without an appointment. Billie is also very knowledgeable and informed us about their life cycle, myths, deterrents, and ways to alleviate the itch. Staff was nice and professional but they did not do a thorough job on my daughters treatment. I ended up going to lice clinics of America-west Houston location to receive a complete and thorough treatment.
