I have nothing bad to say about the Lice Lady of Westchester! Anna talked a freaked out mom off the ledge when I called to make the appointment. The staff were most helpful, answered every question and put my mind at complete ease. I learned so much about the whole process that I'm not scared anymore! While I hope you never need them, they are there and amazing if you do!
