Terrible company, currently on the phone and the old lady who works there is watching TV, how do I know? The phone is knocked off the line and I can hear it. Worst company I've ever dealt with
They are the absolute worst. They will fight approving any and every procedure for a CHILD, so for 6 months my son has been walking around in pain and half done root canals(yes they did the root canal but wouldnt approve the temp cap)so hes walking around with nothing but an exposed root canal, lost weight from not eating, is depressed and doesnt want to leave the house and we have been given excuse under the sun, most of the time 2 different excuses in 1 day, guess they couldn't match stories that day. If this is the Liberty Dental from Amerigroup? Worst ever. I am waiting over a month now for a root canal because they dont have anyone available to do this job, and they refuse to pay someone outside the plan to do this work. They prefer to offer palliative care, including antibiotics and tylenol 3, a narcotic, rather then pay an endodontist in the area to do the root canal. I have had to report them to every agency I can think of, and so far no root canal. Worst Ive ever been treated in my life. Good luck.
The Liberty Dental Program of America offers discounted prices by participating dentists and sounded like a good deal – until we tried dealing with them. They cashed our check for $140.00 on Feb 28 2020 for one year’s membership in their plan starting March 1, 2020. According to their website, we should have received proof of membership cards in “approximately” seven working days.
